In case of the use of misleading personal data, or if one of our visitors commits a crime or attacks our Company’s system, we will immediately delete the data of that visitor or, if necessary, retain them for the duration of civil liability or criminal proceedings. 

5. What do you need to know about our data processing for direct marketing and newsletter purposes? 

By making a statement during contact or by subsequently modifying your personal data stored in your newsletter and/or direct marketing platform (i.e. by clearly stating your intention to consent), you can give your consent to the use of your personal data for marketing purposes. In this case, until the consent is withdrawn, we will also process your data for direct marketing and/or newsletter sending and will send you advertising and other mailings, information and offers and/or newsletters (§ 6 Grtv.). 

You can give your consent for direct marketing and newsletters together or separately, or withdraw them, free of charge and at any time. 

The withdrawal of consent to data processing for direct marketing and/or newsletter purposes shall not be interpreted as the withdrawal of consent to data processing in connection with our website. How is that? What and on what basis do we keep if you withdraw your newsletter consent? In the case of contributions, each contribution is for a specific purpose, so registering on the website and signing up for the newsletter are two separate purposes, two separate databases, the two cannot be related.

  • What do you need to know about sweepstakes?  

Our company may organize sweepstakes on a campaign basis, the ad hoc conditions of which are set out in separate regulations. The rules of the current promotion can always be found on the opening page of our website, on a link placed in a central place.

At your request, we will provide you with information about the information processed by us or by us or our commissioned data processor

Our Company shall notify you and all those to whom you have previously transmitted the data for data management about the rectification, blocking, marking and deletion of personal data, unless the failure to notify does not violate your legitimate interest. 

If we do not comply with your request for rectification, blocking or deletion, we will communicate the reasons for our refusal in writing or electronically with your consent within 10 days (but no later than 1 month) of receipt of the request and inform you of the possibility of judicial remedy and turning to the Authority. 

If you object to the processing of your personal data, we will examine your objection within 10 days (but not later than 1 month) from the submission of the request and inform you of our decision in writing. If we have decided that your objection is justified, we will terminate the data processing, including further data collection and transmission, block the data, and notify all those to whom we have previously transmitted the personal data concerned by the objection and who are obliged to take measures to enforce the right to object. 

We will refuse to comply with your request if we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. If you do not agree with our decision or if we miss the deadline, you may turn to court within 30 days of notification of the decision or the last day of the deadline. 

Data protection litigation falls within the competence of the tribunal, and – at the choice of the data subject – the lawsuit may also be initiated before the court of the place of residence or residence of the data subject. A foreign national may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority competent for his place of residence. 

Before turning to the supervisory authority or court, we kindly ask you to contact our Company in order to consult and resolve the problem that has arisen as quickly as possible.
